Using the service
The public website provides information about Vistula Valley. The members service is a private community space available to approved members and authorised administrators. You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Do not attempt to access another person’s account or data, bypass membership controls, scrape or redistribute the private directory, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use member information for unsolicited marketing.
Membership and content
Membership approval, status, payment, renewal, and access are administered by Vistula Valley. Members remain responsible for profile information and other content they submit. By submitting it, you allow Vistula Valley to use and display it only as needed to operate the website, directory, and related membership services.
The Vistula Valley name, branding, website design, and original site content may not be reused commercially without permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside our control. Features and these terms may change as the community and service develop. Material changes affecting members will be communicated through an appropriate membership channel.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn when necessary to protect members or the service, address misuse, enforce community rules, or reflect membership status. Applicable consumer and statutory rights are not excluded by these terms.
